My name is Kim, and I have over 16 years of experience as a Licensed Social Worker. Much of my work has been helping clients adjust and overcome obstacles and barriers in their path that negatively impact them in life. I have extensive experience with clients dealing with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, as well as clients facing acute trauma, community violence and traumatic grief. In the last 2 years, I have been employed on the frontline in a hospital while working with patients and families who have been directly impacted by COVID. Healthcare professionals and caregivers are at risk to face secondary trauma or compassion fatigue, which I also work with often in my practice. My style is person-centered, compassionate and strengths-based. Typically, I utilize eclectic, narrative, psychodynamic, mindfulness-based and family systems therapy modalities. My goal is for my clients to be comfortable so that I can come alongside them wherever they may be on their journey to help them heal, grow and thrive. We are a technology-enabled mental health group, on a mission to help clients find affordable mental health care. Kimberly Fenner provides consultations primarily in English.
